FRP’s latest development – Coles Yanchep has opened its doors, marking the first stage of the exciting development. The highly anticipated new store has opened to residents of Yanchep and surrounding areas just in time for Christmas.

The impressive 3,600sqm Coles features an open-front bakery, in-store deli, undercover Click & Collect bays and a home delivery service.

More than 70 jobs have been created by the opening of the store, as it joins the new Hungry Jack’s, Zambrero, 7-Eleven and KFC at Yanchep Village shopping centre.

The development marks huge milestone for FRP, as it brings us closer to achieving our vision to create a Yanchep District Centre. A new community hub for people to shop, live, meet and eat locally.

The development is an exciting opportunity and demonstrates FRP's commitment to the area, which is rapidly evolving into a thriving residential community and is poised to become a satellite city. Located along Marmion Avenue, the development is amidst transformative infrastructure enhancements in the region, including the Mitchell Freeway extension, the METRONET rail extension, and the new Yanchep Secondary School.
