The Australian-owned and operated toy store Toymate has opened its doors at our large format retail centre 838 Marion. The 1,187sqm tenancy underwent an impressive fit-out, which features their iconic rainbow floor. The Marion store is its second in Adelaide and its 24th store nationally.

The new store brings the centre's occupancy to 100%, as it joins Revo Fitness, 99 Bikes, Scooter Hut and others at the Marion Road complex. Additionally, Toymate’s 10-year lease has brought the property’s WALE (by area) to 6.46 years.
